HAIR POLICY
Cancellations:We may require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. To avoid a service charge and ensure appointment availability for other clients please reschedule or cancel appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled service.Please be advised, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply!
Color and Haircut Modification (adjustment):Studio K guarantees all of our work. If we missed the mark it is our policy to make it right. All you need to do is call the salon within 48 hours of the original appointment and we will gladly accommodate you for a complimentary follow-up. However, if you change your mind and want something different than what was initially requested during the consultation, this is not a modification or “Do Over” and is subject to an additional charge for the services requested.
